On Thursday, November 4, 2020, The Hundreds and Xbox made sure fans were ready for action when the brand new Xbox Series X console dropped with a special collaboration.
Microsoft released the first Xbox nearly 20 years ago and video games have never been the same. Constantly innovating and pushing the envelope, Xbox has entertained hundreds of millions of people across generations, bringing together friends and families and allowing them to stay connected even when far away.
It was this strong sense of community that attracted The Hundreds to Xbox, as the LA-based brand prides itself on fostering a similarly strong bond among its family across the world. In 2020 that bond was tested, as most of the global population was forced inside during the pandemic, unable to meet up with friends and family in person. Video games helped them stay connected. From teaming up with our friends across the country for Fortnite to making it easy to stay up-to-date on all the shows and movies the fam is watching together from afar, Xbox is a powerful hub making it all happen.
The collection featured co-branded graphics across a range of t-shirts, long sleeves, and pullover hoodies, as well as a snapback hat. A select number of lucky shoppers also received a very special surprise. The Hundreds and Xbox produced an extremely limited number of custom Xbox controllers featuring an exclusive Adam Bomb all-over print that were randomly dispersed across orders for free.
