Fifteen million Hot Pocket frozen sandwich packages were adorned with special PUBG: Battlegrounds branding, featuring the tightly-fitted PUBG mascot character holding his iconic frying pan. Purchasing these special PUBG: Battlegrounds Hot Pockets boxes allowed players to earn a set of unique Hot Pockets-themed gear that can be worn while playing the battle royale.
Altogether there were five different PUBG: Battlegrounds cosmetics available, and consumers could earn all five through purchases of Hot Pockets products. PUBG: Battlegrounds players uploaded their receipts to a special Hot Pockets website to verify their purchase and get their codes.
