To mark the arrival of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, adidas Originals, Pusha T, and the iconic gaming franchise partnered together for an inviting multipart shoe collab. Representing the limitless vision of creators of all types, the partnership between adidas Originals and Pusha T mirrors Pusha’s passion and affinity for the Call of Duty franchise and gaming as a whole. Driven by a shared creative vision, adidas Originals and Pusha T continue their partnership with the launch of a striking new update to the iconic adidas Originals Ozweego silhouette.

The first sneaker collaboration involved Pusha T with a limited-ediiton Ozweego called the “Kingslayer.” It featured grey tones used throughout its upper, an adiprene midsole, and black rubber outsole. Highlighting the shoe is a skull on the lateral side above the sole and the Modern Warfare logo on the medial. Limited to only 300 pairs, the shoe was not available for purchase. It was given away to qualified gamers who registered online and reached Officer rank in Modern Warfare’s online multiplayer.

The second shoe featured an open mesh upper, woven stripes, premium suede overlays, and an adiprene midsole. Punctuated by a string of references to the wildly successful video game franchise, the collaborative Ozweego is then made up in the Call of Duty palette, boasting a black and blue color combination. Further bringing the gaming references are in-game icons on the right and left shoes respectively, a reflective Modern Warfare badge on the heel counter of each shoe, as well as the inclusion of the game’s “GOING DARK” tag-line on the webbing of the right shoe only. This is all capped off by a sock-liner which features the iconic Call of Duty waveform graphic.
